NiceLabel to exhibit at DSAG in Bremen
29. Aug. 2017
NiceLabel, a leading global developer of label design and label management systems, is exhibiting at the DSAG 2017 Annual Congress.
The Annual Congress of DSAG (Association of SAP users in Germany, Austria and Switzerland) takes place at the Bremen Congress Center, 26-28 September 2017, revolving around the central topic “Between the Worlds: ERP and Digital Platforms”. This year’s focus is the prevailing trend of digital transformation that challenges the existing business and IT processes as well as companies’ roles in the connected world (IoT). Companies recognize that ERP systems alone are not future-proof, therefore they are looking at hybrid architectures as well as evaluating SAP and their data processes.
At the event, NiceLabel will showcase how its enterprise label management solution enables companies to mitigate risk, optimize process and make their supply chain more agile, responsive and competitive. NiceLabel will also demonstrate its SAP integration which enables instant label preview, real-time status feedback, and on-demand instant printing within SAP. Moreover, NiceLabel team will explain how to overcome various challenges, such as adherence to complex regulatory compliance and fragmented labeling systems, by leveraging SAP.
“The industrial Internet has created an increasingly challenging environment for SAP users. In their attempts to digitally transform, companies are using technology platforms and applications enabling them to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration. To empower business users, increase agility and reach zero tolerance to unplanned downtime, they are aiming for legacy system modernization, label template consolidation, predictive maintenance as well as for IT portfolio rationalization. Using SAP as a single source of truth to design, integrate, and develop an integrated label management system based on a seamless SAP ABAP package, a native, interoperable technology inside SAP, companies can streamline their entire label processes, increase consistency and accuracy along their shop-floors, reduce costs enterprise-wide, and save valuable time,” stressed Thomas Beyer, VP EMEA Sales at NiceLabel.
