In order to strengthen our support team, we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer for French market to join the team at the Group Headquarter in Šenčur, Slovenia.

Key responsibilities

        NiceLabel Technical Team is responsible for being knowledgeable on the NiceLabel product line and providing expert advice and support to our customers. To ensure the clients' and NiceLabel's needs are met, the Technical Support Engineer will: 

        • Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and other electronic mediums to NiceLabel customers, global partners and domestic sales personnel 
        • Install NiceLabel products for customers and help with usage 
        • Advise on the production of more demanding solutions 
        • Collaborate with departments within the NiceLabel Group in order to obtain feedback on the more frequent problems users are facing 
        • Cover administration of internal support matters 
        • Prepare technical documents 

                                                            Qualifications

                                                                    • Fluent in French and English in spoken and written communication 
                                                                    • A degree from a technical college, an associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree from a college/university/equivalent; or relevant workplace experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
                                                                    • Experience with PC hardware/printers setup 
                                                                    • General knowledge of Windows operating systems, database, networks 
                                                                    • Familiarity with networking principles (TCPIP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, web Servers) 
                                                                    • Experience in software installation and testing 
                                                                    • Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages (vbscript, python, Visual Basic) 

                                                                    Candidate must possess the following skills: 

                                                                    • Self-motivated and detail oriented; ability to multi-task 
                                                                    • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines 
                                                                    • Ability to answer support-related phone calls and emails promptly 
                                                                    • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, presentation) 
                                                                    • Knowledge of current Microsoft software (Windows, Office), being comfortable with desktop and internet navigation (i.e. cut/paste, file upload/download, email, instant messaging) 
                                                                    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in oral, written and diagram form 
                                                                    • Ability to prepare technical documents and presentations 
                                                                    • Strong problem solving skills and strong work ethics
