The expectations of this position will be on identifying new partners, designing and setting up channel programs for sales growth, on-going partner management.

Key responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager in acting as the liaison between Loftware Inc and its Channel Partners will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Loftware’s sales rules of engagement.
  • Manager and be the main point of contact for existing alliance partners.
  • Create and enhance current channel programs models that help to leverage and grow sales and total partnership potential.
  • Manage channel forecasts and sales orders and provide status and feedback to enhance overall partner Performance Create programs with assistance of Marketing to introduce partners to new programs, products and service offerings.
  • Define the systems and necessary processes and procedures to streamline partner management.
  • Work with marketing to create and initiate proven programs focused on developing new indirect channel for driving future revenue.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to manage complex, enterprise solution sale engagements with Loftware’s partners;
  • Can demonstrate and manage complex RFP engagements.
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing and logistics.
  • Provide detailed weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast using the SalesForce automation tool.
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Attending and participating in weekly sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
  • Is able to professionally written presentations, reports, and sales proposals
  • Has the acumen and skill sets necessary to engage successfully in business negotiations with partners and their customers
  • Has experience in and basic understanding of contract negotiations.
  • Defining, creating and executing on partner sales plans.

Success Metrics

  • Quota attainment.
  • Pipeline quarter over quarter growth.
  • Creation of programs and on-going sales support
  • Developing and implementing programs that can be measured in terms of generating new revenue On-going training and support of existing and new partners.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ year’s sales experience in the enterprise software sales industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Successful achievement of 3M+ quotas, consultative enterprise/solution sales.
  • Management experience in handling large revenue pipelines with multiple accounts and partners.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Demonstrate proven success prospecting solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
  • Ability to craft and build solution sets with appropriate products and services that will meet the business goals based on client discussions.
  • The position requires the individual to be based out of the Corporate office in Portsmouth NH.
  • Travel requirements: up to 30% of the time.
  • Able to demonstrate International experience working with multi-national companies
