We are looking for Partner Sales Representative to join our team in Šenčur, Slovenia. 

Your role

    You will be responsible for day-to-day channel relationships, supporting the channel to align product features with business benefits and configuring solutions for end user clients. They also identify qualified sales opportunities for new channel partners and secure meetings for Regional Sales Managers. We are looking for an individual to represent NiceLabel and its’ brand at all times in a professional and ethical manner, maintaining confidentiality of company information appropriately and treating customer information with similar care.

    Key responsibilities

        • Search for, recruit, retain and develop new channel partners in order to grow business
        • Effectively onboard new partners and get them up to speed with our products as fast as possible
        • Develop business opportunities with potential and existing partners
        • Understand customer technical requirements and work with partners and customers to align solutions
        • Collaborate with marketing, technical support, product management and other departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings
        • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate partner for further development
        • Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
        • Visit our partners from time to time
        • Plan, implement and control the entire sales process, sales targets, tactics and strategies
        • Take responsibility for achieving business results and set sales targets
        • Implement marketing plans and programs in support of business plan/objectives
        • Understand the competition in target markets and monitor competitive activities
        • Maintain KPI’s by monitoring sales performance and statistical reports
        • Ensure that accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system
        • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team

          Our expectations

          Required

            • Fluent in spoken and written English;
            • Working experience in working with customers;
            • Proficient in MS Office tools or equivalent – Outlook, Word and Excel;
            • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers and to work within a team;
            • Excellent organization skills – ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
            • Customer focused and service minded mentality;
            • Solutions oriented with good problem-solving skills;
            • Professional approach in all aspects of working with customers, channel partners and colleagues;
            • Flexible approach to working in an organization where additional tasks outside of normal responsibilities may be required to support the overall business.

            Desired

            • Minimum of 3 years inside or outside sales related experience in a B2B environment;
            • Experience in software solution selling;
            • Experienced with CRM tool (Salesforce) and SharePoint;
            • Other European languages.
