Tear bar adjustment functionality in Toshiba/TEC driver's advanced properties causes random paper jams because it does not perform head-up when reversing and forwarding the label.

Cut/Strip position option has been enabled no matter on selection of issue mode. It could be selected with batch or strip mode for issue on driver's advanced setup dialog.
The GUI has been updated in a way that batch mode is selected always when the cutter is used. Strip mode cannot work together with cutter.
New batch action is implemented. User have now an option for action after last label in a batch, and new option (just cutter option has been available for now) is "Pause printer". This option is available just from labeling software and could be used now on TEC or Toshiba printers.
