Your key Responsibilities

      You will work together with an existing HR Business Partner (specialized for recruitment) with an aim to bring new talent to the organization. Your focus will be on supporting the global recruitment process (focusing on the US, but also with collaboration with EMEA and APAC region) for different open positions according to our business needs. 

      You will have a great opportunity to advance your career as you will work under the mentorship of an experienced HR team. We also support a variety of trainings that are relevant for your career path.

      Your main activities will include:

      • Supporting recruitment process (from the opening of a position to the employment of a chosen candidate);
      • Providing recruitment support and advise to HR team and hiring managers;
      • Creating and posting job ads as well as help with building new recruitment channels;
      • Taking care of prompt communication with everybody included in the process (selected and non-selected candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, HR team);
      • Active search (LinkedIn and other channels);
      • Updating candidate and employee database;
      • Other HR support activities. 

                          What do you need to be successful?

                                • 1+ years of full recruitment process experience;
                                • Technical recruitment experience is a plus;
                                • Working on global recruitment is a plus;
                                • Experience with active search (using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus;
                                • Ability to multi-task;
                                • Flexibility with working hours – due to recruitment activities in time zones.

                                                                    • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines; 
                                                                    • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal);
                                                                    • Strong problem-solving skills and strong work ethics.
