The NiceLabel sales network is organized through Value Added Resellers, System Integrators and Software Publishers. Euro Plus does not have a direct sales force and is aware of the importance of a strong relationship with our channel. Everyone at Euro Plus is working hard in developing superior service and products for you, our partners.

The Euro Plus Partner Program consists of different partnership levels:

  • Occasional Reseller
  • Value Added Reseller (VAR)
  • Master Reseller
  • Enterprise Certified Partner

 

Besides the great product Euro Plus offers to the partners, you as a partner receive the following:

  • High and progressive discount rates (based on value of yearly sales of NiceLabel)
  • Free technical support, offered by trained technicians with years of expertise
  • Free technical training in Euro Plus facilities
  • WebEx demonstrations and training workshops from Euro Plus
  • Order fulfillment within 48 hours after receiving the order through email, fax or mail

Occasional Reseller

Occasional Reseller can only resell products within the NiceLabel Standard Series. If Occasional Reseller provides a lead for an Enterprise Series product sale, Euro Plus will reward the Occasional Reseller with a finder's fee.

 

Euro Plus's commitment to Occasional Resellers

Euro Plus's commitment to the Occasional Resellers includes:

  • Provide Literature and NiceLabel demo CDs in limited quantities
  • Sales and technical training via either online WebEx or at a Euro Plus location
  • Sales programs designed to help partners in their target markets and to expand into new application areas
  • Provide NiceLabel graphics for use in proposals, presentations and your web site
  • Have available up-to-date, professional marketing materials
  • Provide all necessary sales and marketing tools to help you to best promote the NiceLabel software

 

Occasional Resellers responsibilities to Euro Plus

Occasional Reseller responsibilities to Euro Plus include:

  • Promote NiceLabel on your web site and in presentations
  • Notify us of all trade shows and other marketing events where we can participate or assist
  • Provide a company directory for sales and technical support people
  • Participate in a WebEx NiceLabel overview and product positioning training session

 

Value Added Reseller (VAR)

Euro Plus offers specific partners the designation of Value Added Reseller (VAR). The VAR addresses our need for geographical coverage and where appropriate to cover no more than a population base of 1 million people or limited geographical region. VARs may address a vertical market or another niche critical to the success of NiceLabel.

VAR can only resell products within the NiceLabel Standard Series. If VAR provides a lead for an Enterprise Series product sale, Euro Plus will reward the VAR with a finder's fee. If VAR is invited to Enterprise Certification program, VAR can on its own make a sale for Enterprise Series product range only after successful Enterprise Certification.

VARs have the same expectations as the Occasional Resellers plus the following:

  • Sales Leads
  • Possibility to participate on NiceLabel promotional activities
  • Free Literature
  • Free pre sales WebEx presentations for prospects
  • Free post sales WebEx customer training
  • Your company will be linked on our Web site
  • Direct support on strategic opportunities
  • Trade show lead referrals
  • Trade publication ad visibility

 

VAR's responsibilities to Euro Plus

As a VAR you agree to the following:

  • To lead with NiceLabel. This means that we will be the first label design program shown and referenced on your web site and that NiceLabel is the default program referenced in proposals and quotes unless requested otherwise.
  • To commit to purchasing a dealer demo and to the installation of NiceLabel on sales and support personnel's PCs.
  • To complete WebEx based training with Euro Plus personnel on the following topics: NiceLabel Sales Overview, Advanced Label Design, NiceForm, NiceWatch, NiceData, Pocket NiceLabel and Database Connectivity.
  • To be the primary contact for your end users for both sales and technical support assistance. Euro Plus supports our partners for free and in turn our partners support the end user. If our partner participates, we will provide support to your end user.
  • To be active in marketing NiceLabel to your prospect base and to inform Euro Plus of these efforts.
  • To provide sales forecasts and feedback on projected NiceLabel sales forecasts in your pipeline (quarterly, yearly or on request).
  • To follow up and provide feedback on all leads for NiceLabel sales sent to you.
  • To assure that the appropriate VAR employees  will be acquainted with latest NiceLabel technology

 

Master Reseller (MR)

Euro Plus offers specific partners the designation of MR. The MR addresses our need for geographical coverage and where appropriate to cover specific countries or regions.

MR must resell products within NiceLabel Standard and Enterprise Series. In case MR provides a lead for an Enterprise Series product sale and Euro Plus must for whatever reason carry out sales of Enterprise Series products in MR country or territory, Euro Plus will reward the MR with a finder's fee.

 

Euro Plus's commitment to MR

MRs have the same expectations as our VARs plus the following:

  • Sales Leads for end-users
  • Sales Leads for Occasional Resellers
  • Sales Leads for VARs
  • Possibility of joined trade shows
  • Higher discounts which enable MR to develop its own VAR network

 

MR's responsibilities to Euro Plus and NiceLabel

MRs have the same responsibilities to Euro Plus as our VARs plus the following:

  • To resell exclusively NiceLabel as the only labeling solution
  • Be prepared to sell NiceLabel to any interested party in its territory
  • Sell NiceLabel only to Occasional resellers and VARs; sale to end-users is possible only in special circumstances and with consent of Euro Plus
  • Actively promote NiceLabel on local events and publications on its own costs. Euro Plus co-financing is possible only in case of global promotional effect for NiceLabel
  • MR must be absolutely neutral toward all printer manufacturers; consequently MR can not be printer distributor/reseller
  • MR will attend appropriate sales and/or technical training at least once a year in Euro Plus facilities for all NiceLabel product series
  • MR must ensure employment of sales and technical personnel to support NiceLabel reseller for its country or region

 

Euro Plus Enterprise Certified Partner

The Enterprise Certification provides access to the NiceLabel products within the NiceLabel Enterprise Series. The NiceLabel Enterprise Series offers integration tools to deploy and manage corporate wide printing of bar code and RFID smart labels.

The Enterprise Certification demands a dedicated commitment to deploy and support large scale end users. Enterprise Certified partners have to go through extensive training to learn the new technology. Euro Plus believes strongly that the Enterprise Series will not be sold and deployed effectively without extensive knowledge of the new NiceLabel enterprise technology, including knowledge of Web Server configuration, Windows Domains and Printer Networking.

 

Enterprise Certification Requirements

  • On-site Training: 2 day product training at the Euro Plus office
  • One Employed Certified Technician: Certification applies to an individual in the company. If the certified technician no longer works with the reseller or integration company, the Enterprise certification is no longer valid.
  • Annual Technology Refresher: Certified technicians must attend an online Webinar refresher course two times per year to maintain certification.
  • Major version refresh course: Certification must be reconfirmed when Euro Plus releases major update of Enterprise Series products.

Euro Plus commits to support our Enterprise Certified Partners in the following ways:

  • Exclusive right to sell Enterprise Series products and support contracts on its own
  • Reference of Enterprise Certified Partners to potential buyers
  • Listing of Enterprise Certified Partners on special NiceLabel web pages
  • Provide Literature and NiceLabel demo CDs in limited quantities.
  • Sales and technical training either online (Webinar) or at a Euro Plus location.
  • Sales programs designed to help partners in their target markets and to expand into new application areas.
  • Provide NiceLabel graphics for use in proposals, presentations and partner web site.
  • Provide all necessary sales and marketing tools to help our partners to best promote the NiceLabel Enterprise Series software.
  • Provide up-to-date, professional marketing materials.
  • Free access to the Euro Plus Partner Extranet site
  • Include partners on our Newsletters and NiceLabel Sales mailings.
  • Free partner sales folder that contains all necessary information to assist our partners in the promotion and sales of the NiceLabel Enterprise Series.

 

Enterprise Certified Partner's responsibilities to Euro Plus

Responsibilities of the Enterprise Certified Partners to Euro Plus include the following:

  • Promote NiceLabel on your web site and in presentations.
  • Link from the partner's web site to the Euro Plus web site at www.nicelabel.com.
  • Notify Euro Plus of all trade shows and other marketing events where Euro Plus can participate or assist.
  • Provide a company directory for sales and technical support people.
  • Provide Euro Plus with a forecast of sales for the month or quarter (as requested).
  • Participate in NiceLabel Enterprise Series overview Webinars and product positioning training session.
